Company history
Ensequrity was founded in 2010 by Iain Swaine, who has 15 years of Internet and information security knowledge. Prior to ensequrity he spent eight years in a large global bank, concentrating on counter eCrime work. Whilst there he created an eCrime intelligence function, making worldwide contacts amongst banks, law enforcement and researchers. He then moved to coordinate the global technical prevention and investigation of eCrime threats, and was responsible for some notable successes in countering emerging attacks. Prior to this he has worked in a number of other companies, including Internet hosting, consultancy and other financial institutions.
